Mary Fran Love focuses her practice on domestic and international trademark and copyright matters including trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings.  She provides strategic global trademark portfolio advice and counseling to some of the most well-known artists, athletes, and sports leagues in the world.  In addition to a large Sports & Entertainment client base, Mary Fran assists a wide range of clients from multinational corporations in the consumer products field, to medical supplies and Michelin star restaurants.

Mary Fran works closely with local counsel across the globe planning trademark portfolio strategy for clients.  She also assists foreign law firms with the US application and registration process.  Mary Fran’s team includes experienced IP specialists and trademark attorneys, Spanish language speakers, and patent attorneys for assistance with patents. The team is prepared to help clients with all aspects of IP in the US and overseas.
