Experience

Ms. Imai provides legal counseling on trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property issues. Her practice ranges from conducting searches for new trademarks to management of large international trademark portfolios. Ms. Imai also has experience before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and with trademark applications, domain name matters, trade dress protection, copyright assignments and registrations, Customs recordations, and trademark and copyright enforcement and litigation. Ms. Imai advises clients from various sectors including emerging entities, nonprofit organizations, and domestic and international corporations.

Prior to joining Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe, P.C., Ms. Imai practiced for over 10 years at a large IP boutique firm in Northern Virginia.
