Ms. Tulino focuses her practice on patent prosecution and related issues involving mechanical and electrical technologies.
Prior to joining Muncy, Geissler, Olds & Lowe, PLLC, Ms. Tulino practiced for 10 years at an intellectual property law firm in Washington D.C. gaining extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to a wide range of mechanical and electrical technologies, including image display devices, telecommunication systems, semiconductor fabrication, automotive components, automotive control/monitoring systems and tire technology.
Ms. Tulino also counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property law including the preparation of opinions regarding patentability, invalidity and infringement.
